5 Simple Steps To Overdrawn Lips

Overdrawn lips have become huge these past couple of months. I never thought that I would be one to even try attempting to overdraw mine. But little did I know it really isn't that difficult! And it is even easier when you do a slight overdraw, the steps are way more simpler then I thought. These are the steps I take to achieve my soft overdrawn lip.

Step 1: Prime your lips!
Exfoliate, scrub, conceal, apply a lip primer if you want! This helps in three different ways, when you use a lips scrub and exfoliate your lips you are guaranteed to make your lips more plump, concealing your lips will help you manipulate the shape that you want, and priming your lips will make the pigment of the lip colors you use be more true to it's color.

Step 2: Great! your lips have been primed and exfoliated Now grab a lip pencil (any color of your choice) and lightly start stroking the shape that you want. I start at my cupids bow. When I draw I draw literally right on top of my lip line, not above not below.

As I make my way in towards the corners of my lips I bring the strokes inside of my lip line, so I transition from on top to the inside.

The shape really is up to you. If you want to draw above the natural lip line al the way around then do that. If you would prefer to draw exactly on top of the lip line all the way around you can do tha as well.

Now is the time that I fill in the corners of my lips with the lips pencil. If you are doing a nude lip this trick will help your lips look as if they have a bit more dimension.

Step 3: All right, So we have our shape now we fill in our lips. You don't have to ill in your lips but doing that will just increase the intensity of the final color and it will make the lasting time a lot longer.

Step 4: OK, lips have beeen primed, we found our shape and we filled everything in. Apply your final lip color. I used a sample size lipstick from Ulta. You can go over with a gloss, or a lipstick, or both if you really wanted to!

Step 5: Yes! The final Step is here! And of course this step is my absolute favorite! Rock Your sexy ass overdrawn lip! Even if you chose not to do a super intense overdrawn lip and went with a more natural lip rock it! Be proud that you mastered a new makeup skill! Take in the fact that you learned something new! Enjoy!

"Must Try Products of The Month January!"

So all month I have been using different makeup products to see which I like the best. This actually hard for me because I'm not a  very observant person. The only way I for sure know that i like a product is if  it is a product that I'm using everyday and it somehow finds its way into my school bag. I was able to narrow the list down to just a few products this month but these are my absolute " Must Try " products of the month January. The first products I use on my face are the L'Oreal Magic Perfecting Base Face primer. This primer is literally heaven! It makes my skin so smooth and the application of my foundation goes on way smoother when I use this primer. The second thing is the Maybelline Dark spot eraser concealer. The coverage on this is amazing and the formula itself is easy to blend. Retail For: L'Oreal Primer: $8.59 Maybelline Concealer: $7.94 Alright, so I was using a Maybelline Pressed Powder to set my foundation and concealer

Chit Chat: Get Ready With Me! Fail!

These past couple of days have not been great. I record a "Chit Chat GRWm" for the first time on saturday, the footage was more than an hour long. I edited for two hours straight but when I went to export the video it turned out I didn't have space on my computer so I deleted the video file because I thought I no longer needed it. I guess it turns out that you can't export a video and not have the original file it came from. So.... I am extremely frustrated but I did really like the makeup and decided I would just post the look here and list the products and steps! Sounds good? I think so. (The thumbnail I had created for the video) Face: Foundation: L'Oreal Visible Lift Foudation Concealer: Maybelline Fit Me Setting Powder: Covergirl Pressed Powder Brows: Maybelline Brow Drama Blush: NYX Peach Bronzer: Wet n' Wild :Bikini Contest Contour: Elf Duo: St. Lucia HIghlight: Physicians Formula (L'Oreal Visible Lift Foundation)
