Overdrawn lips have become huge these past couple of months. I never thought that I would be one to even try attempting to overdraw mine. But little did I know it really isn't that difficult! And it is even easier when you do a slight overdraw, the steps are way more simpler then I thought. These are the steps I take to achieve my soft overdrawn lip. Step 1: Prime your lips!  Exfoliate, scrub,conceal, apply a lip primer if you want! This helps in three different ways, when you use a lips scrub and exfoliate your lips you are guaranteed to make your lips more plump, concealing your lips will help you manipulate the shape that you want, and priming your lips will make the pigment of the lip colors you use be more true to it's color. Step 2: Great! your lips have been primed and exfoliated Now grab a lip pencil (any color of your choice) and lightly start stroking the shape that you want. I start at my cupids bow.
